I went to this Goodyear shop for tires last year and service was fantastic!! So on Wednesday 3/08/23 when I thought there was a problem with my front brakes I went there. It was about 3pm. The issue was bad on the front of my 2011 Kia Sportage. Needed calipers,rotors, and pads on both sides. It was a big job. They gave me the estimate and explained everything they had to do. They got the parts from Advanced and the work took about 2 1/2 hours and it was about 4 when they got started. The manager Kohner and a technician stayed until 6:30 to finish the work. The manager and tech were both very friendly and efficient. I got an itemized list of all parts and labor. I thought the price of work would be too high but I checked what the price of parts would have cost me to buy. The shops price was lower and checking with some people about installation was higher elsewhere. This shop does great work and are pleasant at the same time. Try it!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Great & safe driving!!!
